This Privacy Policy explains how Social Patter Ltd ("Social Patter," "we," "us" or "our") handles personal information in connection with socialpatter.com (the "Site") and our services. Effective date: September 21, 2026.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book a call, email us or otherwise contact us, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, company name, role and anything you choose to include in a message. Booking is handled through Google Calendar appointment scheduling, so what you enter there is processed by Google as well as by us.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and the tools we use may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referring page and the date and time of your visit.
Business contact information. To run outreach for our clients, we work with business contact information such as names, business email addresses, job titles and company details. This comes from publicly available sources and licensed business data providers.
2. How we use information

The Site loads third-party content, including Google Calendar scheduling and Google Fonts. Blocking them may affect how scheduling works.

Emails sent on behalf of our clients are intended to comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and similar laws. Each message identifies the sender and gives a simple way to opt out. If you receive one of our emails and do not want more, reply to it or email info@socialpatter.com, and we will stop and add your address to a suppression list promptly.
6. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, accounting and reporting obligations, resolve disputes and honor opt-out requests. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

The Site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
